Tejiéndome, or to stitch oneself

Video installation, cyanotype print on cotton yarn, performance.

In "Tejiéndome, or to stitch oneself", I knit yarn in which a cyanotype of myself will be printed. Then, I pull and undo the self-portrait into a single, long thread. When shown in exhibitions, I sit next to the video and knit the thread again.
